You use this application to create a service order request or submit a vehicle for possible purchase by us. Your reman service order request is reviewed by our sales group and an estimate is prepared based on the information and photographs you provide. We’ll contact you with a quote based on your preferences.
When you place an order, we order your parts and arrange for your core transport such that they all arrive at our facility as close together as possible. When the core and parts arrive, we remanufacture, test and return your vehicle to you as soon as possible.
When you submit a vehicle for possible purchase, the request is reviewed by our buying group and an offer is prepared based on the information and photographs you provide. If you accept our offer, we coordinate vehicle pick up and make the payment using your preferred method.
Screen description and information
REFERENCE NUMBER – you use this number to track your requests; if you have multiple requests, this might be your vehicle tracking or identification number.
REMAN OR BUY – tell us whether this request is to remanufacture your vehicle or if you want us to buy your vehicle.
PART SOURCE – every remanufactured vehicle is a custom, one-off job to us; use this screen to give us an idea about your part source preference or a general idea of how much you want to spend on parts.

YEAR, MAKE, MODEL – at present, we do not remanufacture all vehicles; if we don’t list your vehicle and you think we should, please email or call us.
TRIM – original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) often use special notation to denote the trim level (upholstery, options and so forth); you use this field to let us know the particular type of the model you have specified.
ACCIDENT – if the vehicle has been in an accident, we made need special parts or more time on the frame machine to straighten the frame; use this field to let us know. You can also use Other Photos and the special message screen to tell us more about the vehicle.
MECHANICAL – if the vehicle has mechanical problems, we made need special parts or more time to correct the issue; use this field to let us know. You can also use Other Photos and the special message screen to tell us more about the vehicle.
INTERIOR – good interior photographs will allow us to determine if you need upholstery, carpet, a headliner or special trim pieces; use these photographs to let us know the general condition. You can also use Other Photos and the special message screen to tell us more about the vehicle.
EXTERIOR - good exterior photographs will allow us to determine if you need special body work, paint or special trim pieces; use these photographs to let us know the general condition. You can also use Other Photos and the special message screen to tell us more about the vehicle.
MESSAGE – you use this field to let us know about special interior, exterior, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or electronic problems, issues or concerns.
